Where: 3045 Chain Bridge Road, NW Listing Price: $2,995,000 Time on the Market: Two months Bedrooms: Six Bathrooms: Six
This Georgian-style home near Battery Kemble Park was built in 1951, and was recently featured on the cover of Metropolitan Home magazine. Dark hardwood floors run through much of the house, creating a contrast with the white walls. Color is introduced in the wall-papered bathrooms and secondary bedrooms. In the master bedroom, sliding doors open to a porch. The master bathroom has a glass-enclosed stand-alone shower and a jacuzzi tub. A separate nanny suite includes a bathroom and small kitchen. A large deck on the back of the house looks out onto a wooded backyard.
