Home Hunt

Searching for a rental? Welcome to Home Hunt, our weekly feature where we scour listings for apartments and homes for rent and run photos of intriguing prospects. This week: a two-bedroom in Clarendon with a fireplace.
Woo! A fireplace!
This two-bedroom, two-bath apartment is on the fifth floor of the Residences at Station Square, a condo building in the heart of Clarendon. It’s a two-year-old corner unit with a balcony overlooking a pool, and it includes more than 1,100 square feet. The master bathroom features a Jacuzzi tub, and there are walk-in closets in both bedrooms. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, dark granite countertops, recessed lighting, and a half-wall to separate it from the living space. The fireplace is our favorite feature, but we also like the hardwood floors, in-unit washer and dryer, and garage parking. Plus, there’s a Golds Gym in the building with discounted membership rates for residents.
Address: 1201 N. Garfield Street, Arlington Price: $3,300 a month Move-In Date: September 15
