According to the poster, the inside has been fully renovated, with hardwood floors throughout, new fixtures in the bathrooms, and new air conditioning units in each room. The eat-in kitchen has all new appliances, including a gas range and stove, dishwasher, and garbage disposal, and the home also includes a full-size washer and dryer. The ad says the house is a ten-minute walk from Georgetown University and a block from a deli, dry cleaner, and dentist. With an extra deposit, dogs will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
