Despite its quirky red paint job, this four-bedroom home on Foxhall Road has a great outdoor space. The home is adjacent to a park and has a front porch, garden, and barbecue area. According to the poster, the inside has been fully renovated, with hardwood floors throughout, new fixtures in the bathrooms, and new air conditioning units in each room. The eat-in kitchen has all new appliances, including a gas range and stove, dishwasher, and garbage disposal, and the home also includes a full-size washer and dryer. The ad says the house is a ten-minute walk from Georgetown University and a block from a deli, dry cleaner, and dentist. With an extra deposit, dogs will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Address: 1522 Foxhall Road, NW Price: $3,595 a month Move-in: August 31
