Searching for a rental? Every Thursday, Home Hunt scours listings for apartments and homes for rent and runs photos of intriguing prospects. This week we found a two-bedroom condo with a patio in Germantown.

Forty-five minutes from downtown DC, you’ll find this cute two-bedroom, two-bath condo in Germantown, Maryland. It features a large fenced-in patio, which is partly covered and would be great for entertaining guests in the summer. Inside, there’s a wood-burning fireplace and a large bay window in the living room. The kitchen has a side-by-side refrigerator, and the center island and countertops are covered in blue tile. There’s also a washer and dryer inside the unit. Rent includes pool access, snow removal, and trash service.
