Stay in Fred Thompson's Condo for $30K During the Inauguration

Former Republican presidential contender and Law & Order actor Fred Thompson is adding his name to the list of Washingtonians looking to profit during the inauguration: he's offering up his DC condo to visitors for $30,000 for five days. Most of the condos on Pennsylvania Ave. don’t allow these types of sublets. Is he violating his condo rules?
