The Supreme Court has its first calendar, put together by Legal Times Supreme Court reporter Tony Mauro. No swimsuits and cleavage, but it does show a bobblehead of Justice Anthony Kennedy.

The calendar is heavy on the birthdays of the 115 people who have sat on the court.

Four Supreme Court justices, including two chiefs (Warren Burger and John Rutledge), were born on September 17, the day the Constitution was signed in 1787 and the day when Constitution Day is celebrated.

Three justices were born on April 17, but none was serving on the court on that date in 1905 when the landmark Lochner v. New York decision came down, limiting government interference with private business.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Sandra Day O’Connor, the only two female justices, are two of 15 born in March, including such legendary figures as Oliver Wendell Holmes Jr. and former chief justice Earl Warren.

Only five justices have been born in August, always the court’s slowest month.
