Got big outdoor plans on Saturday, folks? You may want to rethink them. Hurricane Hanna is predicted to dump up to five inches of rain on the area. Lifeguards at a Dupont Circle public pool were scamming folks driving to the pool by charging them a $5 parking fee—when parking was actually supposed to be free.
