I do not know who Barack Obama will choose as
Secretary of Education, but I would like to suggest to him to recruit Kenneth Harris, BS, MSE,EDD of Arkansas. He was formerly Department Head of Education; Henderson State Teachers College(Retired) Arkedelphia, Arkansas, currently a School Board Member, Board Member of Arkansas Baptist College and was appointed by the Govenor as a Member of the Minority Teacher and Administrators Recruitment Commission and one of the smartest people on the planet, knows and understand Education inside out. His Doctorate Disertation is on "The Impact of Early Intervention of Academic Achievement of at Risk Students During Primary Grades".

Bill Clinton is the perfect candidate for Secretary of State (unless, of course, the constitution prohibits that due to his past-presidency). He is well known and well liked internationally, and he did a greatjob in foreign affairs (except for NAFTA) while president. He knows world politics and he has the kind of personality that gets people to the table.
