Tiem and time again....2941 remains our favorite. The food and service are equally matched with the breathtaking views and lovely art and sculptures.

Vermilion has consistently delivered a series of wonderful dining experiences to my wife and I. The waitstaff and food are absolutely first rate.

Was there for a special engagement. There was not one bad item on the table. The food was great, the service was impeccable and the selections were plentiful. Great place, great atmosphere

I have dined at 2941 a few times and each time both service and food were excellent!
The beautiful view, the food and service were outstanding! Fine dining at its best!

Vermillion is one of the best places I have ever eaten. Wait staff is excellent, General Manager makes a point of visiting all guests personally - an excellent experience all the way around and blows the lid off of Cintronelle.

I agree, 2941 is an exceptional restaurant and Restaurant Eve is my overall favorite. Of all the places on the Best Fine Dining, why is Vermilion on there? Its food is to a fine dining caliber but the server’s and manager’s attire, the downstairs’ atmosphere, and the table set-ups certainly do not compare with the others in contention. As you may tell, of the two times I have been to Vermilion (a Friday and Wednesday night) it seemed to be quite over rated; certainly better places to spend one’s money.

I’ve dined at 2941 and the food was absolutely amazing. Chef Bertrand Chemel does an excellant job!

I have dined at Art and Soul several times since it opened last fall. I have had exquisite meals every time. My favorites are the grouper with the carrot broth and the apple crisp.
