Feedback—our feature where we ask you, the diner, for a restaurant critique on the street—has gone video! We recently staked out Co Co. Sala, the swank Penn Quarter dessert lounge to find out how people are taking to the five-course confection menus—and the chocolate-covered bacon.

Gone are the robust bureaus for the Los Angeles Times, Newhouse News, and other once-healthy news organizations. Digital media bureaus now are taking their places with as many reporters and plenty of swagger.
