Simple Plan, the Canadian pop punk band who scored big in early 2002 with the single “I’d Do Anything,” heads to the Fillmore Silver Spring on Saturday, November 26. Tickets ($22.50) go on sale Friday at 10 AM through Live Nation.

Minus the Bear, the Seattle-based indie band, will take the stage at 9:30 Club on Wednesday, October 19. The band’s most recent album, Omni, was released in 2010. Tickets ($25) are on sale now through Ticketfly.

Singer-songwriter Ryan Adams will perform at Modell Performing Arts Center at the Lyric in Baltimore, Sunday, December 4. After breaking off from the band Whiskeytown, Adams has released a number of solo albums, as well as collaborated with the Cardinals, Willie Nelson, Counting Crows, and Norah Jones. Tickets ($42) go on sale Friday at 10 AM through Ticketmaster.

Country stars like Rodney Atkins and Kellie Pickler will perform at the WMZQ Winter Fest at the Patriot Center in Fairfax on Saturday, December 10. Tickets ($55) go on sale Friday at 10 AM through Ticketmaster.

Ziggy Marley, son of reggae musician Bob Marley, will take the Fillmore stage on Sunday, October 30. Tickets ($30) are on sale now through Live Nation.
