The Capital Irish Film Festival kicks off Thursday with My Brothers at E Street Cinema. The film follows three siblings on a trek to find a replacement for their dying father’s treasured watch. For 21 days, the sidewalks of DC’s F Street, Northwest, between Seventh and Ninth streets are transformed into the Downtown Holiday Market, where more than 150 local vendors sell jewelry, pottery, textiles, and more. There’s also entertainment and seasonal snacks. The bazaar kicks off Friday from noon to 8.
