Food News Review: Citronelle’s Return, de Pue Buys Café Atlántico, No Wagamama for Washington

The biggest news of the week: Michel Richard is opening a restaurant at the Palace Hotel in New York. Don’t miss the Citronelle news in the final paragraph of Tom Sietsema’s article on the matter: “Besides, he has Citronelle to reopen—right? Oui, Richard says, in ‘May or June’ and in its original Georgetown location, the Latham hotel.” Pretty definitive language, non? [WP]
