A tipster let us know that Jaymar Colombian Breeze—a fixture on our Cheap Eats list for the past three years—is up for sale. Karen Vanegas, owner of the family-run Gaithersburg eatery confirmed the news, and says there are no plans to relocate the operation once it has been sold.

The good news? While this is the only Colombian restaurant in Washington, you may be able to get your fix for a while longer. Vanegas reports that the "For Sale" sign has been up for months, and there's no sign of an imminent move. Still, we're heading to Gaithersburg for a hearty platter of chorizo, skirt steak, chicharrón, and plantains while we can.
