Each week for the last ten, Rogue 24 and partner Gilt City have announced the name of the chef who is next up to do a guest stint behind the stoves at the Shaw restaurant. The guest chef has presented 12 dishes to be served along with 12 Rogue 24 creations—the 24-course menu costs $135 without a wine pairing, $185 with. Bryan Voltaggio kicked off the series, and Chicago’s David Posey and our own José Andrés both took a turn.
