Happy Thursday, food truck followers! There's a new custard truck on the road today, Goodie's Frozen Custard, and they're giving out free scoops of the sweet stuff at Navy Yard. You can also check out newbies like Lily Pad on the Run (Farragut), and Bayou Bros., (Franklin).
