Happy Monday, food truck followers! Welcome a new week and a pretty summer day by going out for specials such as tuna-salad-stuffed avocados from El Fuego, duck tacos aboard Pho Wheels, and turkey burgers with homemade ranch chips at BurGorilla.

Chinatown (Seventh and G sts., NW), where you'll find Basil Thyme, Porc Mobile, and Village Cafe Express.
