Happy hump day, food truck followers! It's a stunning day out there, so ditch the desk lunch and get outside for specials such as grilled shrimp and beer-battered fish tacos from DC Empanadas, Buffalo chicken slices aboard Flippin Pizza, and spicy tuna poke with Asian slaw at Hula Girl.
