Happy Tuesday, food truck followers! It's a gloomy one out there, but that's all the more reason to perk up your afternoon with specials such as fish tacos from District Taco, a free handroll with purchase at Tokyo in the City, and chocolate doughnut bites with cream-cheese frosting aboard Mama's Donut Bites.
