Happy Wednesday, food truck followers! The trucks are back on the streets and serving up some tasty specials like brisket chili at Curly's Q, or quinoa soup at El Fuego, and don't pass up the chance to grab a chocolate peppermint cupcake from Curbside Cupcakes
