Rain and the holidays means it's quiet on the streets today. The biggest gathering will be around Union Station, where DC Empanadas and DC Slices are braving the elements. 

Bethesda (Bethesda and Woodmont Aves.), where you'll find the Corned Beef King.

Metro Center (12th and G sts., NW), where you'll find Best Burritos. 

Northern Virginia, where you'll find Seoul Food (Ballston).

Union Station (North Capitol St. and Massachusetts Ave., NE), where you'll find DC Empanadas and DC Slices.
