Happy hump day, food truck followers! You favorite trucks are out and about with edible delights to help you get through the mid-week blues. There’s Bratwurst King, with its brats and schnitzels; pulled pork and smoked baked beans aboard Carnivore BBQ; shrimp and roast beef po’ boys from Cajunators; free mango sticky rice for the first ten customers in line for Sang on Wheels, and much more.
