Happy Monday, food truck followers! Most of us are heading into a short work week, so make sure to get your truck fix early with specials such as homemade tamales from Latin & American Flavors, quinoa salad and pan con chicharron at Peruvian Brothers, and ahi tuna poke aboard Hula Girl.
