Happy Tuesday, food truck followers! Two new things to look out for on the streets today: Cathy’s Bistro, formerly the First Yellow Vendor, is making its inaugural stop in L’Enfant today with a new menu. And for all you followers around Federal Center, Southwest, there’s a new meetup with Korean tacos, lobster rolls, cupcakes, and cheesecakes!
