Happy Monday, food truck followers! Many vendors are taking a snow day, but there are still a few braving the weather to serve lunches like an express menu of tinga tacos and elote from La Tingeria, hot bowls of pho aboard Pho Wheels, and warm burritos with fresh hot sauce at Rito Loco.

Farragut Square (17th and I sts., NW), where you'll find Dangerously Delicious PiesRito Loco (nearby at 20th and L).

L'Enfant (Sixth St. and Maryland Ave., SW), where you'll find Pho Wheels

Northern Virginia, where you'll find Bratwurst King (Tysons), and La Tingeria (Barcroft).

Union Station (North Capitol St. and Massachusetts Ave., NE), where you'll find DC Empanadas.

West End (24th and M sts., NW), where you'll find Tasty Kabob
