Hapy Monday, food truck followers! It's a little gloomy out there, but the rain is holding off. So head outside for banana-Nutella rice pudding from Cap Mac, spinach and cheese empanadas aboard DC Empanadas, and a free lemonade or Thai ice tea for the first ten customers at Sang on Wheels
