Happy Friday, food truck followers! Don’t forget about the food truck happenings this weekend. First up on Saturday is Mother Trucker, where 20-plus trucks are serving eats at the kick-off Capitol Skyline Hotel pool party (other attractions include booze, Deejays, and “bounce houses”). On Sunday, head to Sound Bites at the 9:30 Club for a music-food-mixology festival mashup with some more of your fave trucks.
