Happy Monday, food truck followers! Many food trucks are off the streets today in observance of Veterans Day, but you can still find specials like chorizo-spinach quiche aboard Tapas Truck, poutine from DC Ballers, and a dollar off lunch for all vets from Something Stuffed.
