The bad news is that the rain is keeping a bunch of food trucks off the streets today. The good news is that there are still at least five vendors stationed at Metro Center. Over at Franklin Square, TaKorean is selling churros for just $1, and, at L'Enfant, all of Kabob Bites's wraps are $7 instead of the usual $9.

Farragut Square (17th and I sts., NW), where you'll find Big Cheese Truck, DC Empanadas, Merlindia from Fojol Bros, and Pi Truck.

Franklin Square (13th and K sts., NW), where you'll find TaKorean and the Cheesecake Truck (third stop).

Georgetown University (37th and O sts., NW), where you'll find Benethiopia and Merlindia from Fojol Bros (second stops).

L'Enfant (Sixth St. and Maryland Ave., SW), where you'll find Curbside Cupcake (Pinky 3's second stop), Kabob Bites, and the Ficelle.

Metro Center (12th and G sts., NW), where you'll find Sweet Bites, Red Hook Lobster, AZN Eats, Far East Taco Grille, Benethiopia from Fojol Bros, and Basil Thyme.

Navy Yard (M St. and New Jersey Ave., NW), where you'll find Curbside Cupcake (Pinky 1's second stop), Where Halal, and Hula Girl.

Northern Virginia, where you'll find Doug the Food Dude (Rosslyn).

State Department/West End area (around 21st St. and Virginia Ave., NW), where you'll find Tasty Kabob , Carnivore BBQ, Porc Mobile (at 25th and M sts.).

Union Station (North Capitol St. and Massachusetts Ave., NE), where you'll find the Cheesecake Truck (first stop) and DC Shawarma.
