Doug the Food Dude: Lynn Street (at Wilson Blvd., Rosslyn) with new seafood delight and Caribbean pork.

El Floridano: West End (24th and M sts., NW).

Pedro and Vinny's: 15th and K streets, Northwest

Pleasant Pops: First stop: L'Enfant (Seventh and D sts., SW) at noon; Second stop: Capitol South Metro (First and D sts., SE) at 1:30; Third stop: Union Station (N. Capitol St. and Massachusetts Ave., NW) at 2:30 with pina colada, honey crisp apple, strawberry-cream popsicles, and more.

Red Hook Lobster Truck: 19th and L streets, Northwest.

Sabor'a Street: L'Enfant (Seventh and D sts., SW) with smoky tamarind-barbecue pork shoulder and more.

Sâuçá: Magellan: McPherson Square (15th and I sts., NW); Marco Polo: Metro Center (12th and G sts., NW)  Pangea: West End (24th and M sts., NW); Saucalito: L'Enfant (Seventh and D sts., SW).

Solar Crepes: Ninth and North Stuart streets, Ballston, with special steak-egg-and-mint chimichurri crepe and royal groom's cake with chocolate-ganache cookies.
