Hello, readers. The rain is keeping some trucks off the street today, but it’s also bringing out some sweet specials. Curbside Cupcakes is offering a two-for-$5 discount for its Rainy Day Special (the cupcakes are usually $3 each). Doug the Food Dude will also deliver your order if you’re in the Courthouse area today. And finally, DC Empanadas is bringing back its Mexican hot chocolate, so head over to Metro Center if you need to warm up.

Farragut Square (17th and I sts., NW), where you'll find Cap Mac (nearby at 19th and L sts., NWhaha), Basil Thyme, TaKorean, Benethiopia from Fojol Bros, and Curbside Cupcakes (Pinky 1's first and second stop).

Franklin Square (13th and K sts., NW), where you'll find Tasty Kabob.

L'Enfant (Sixth St. and Maryland Ave., SW), where you'll find Porc Mobile, Hula Girl, Merlindia from Fojol Bros, and Sweet Bites.

Metro Center (12th and G sts., NW), where you'll find the Cheesecake Truck (third stop), DC Empanadas, and Pleasant Pops.

Navy Yard (M St. and New Jersey Ave., SE), where you'll find the Cheesecake Truck (first stop), AZN Eats, and the Ficelle.

Northern Virginia, where you'll find Curbside Cupcakes (Courthouse, Crystal City, and Pentagon City), Top Dog Truck (Tysons Corner), and Doug the Food Dude (Courthouse).

State Department/West End area (around 21st St. and Virginia Ave., NW), where you'll find Tasty Kabob and Red Hook Lobster (at 22nd and H sts., NW)

Union Station (North Capitol St. and Massachusetts Ave., NE), where you'll find Kabob Bites and Pi Truck.
