Curbside Cupcakes: Pinky One: First stop: Waterfront Metro; Second stop: First and N streets, Northwest; Third stop: Navy Yard/DOT (M St. and New Jersey Ave., SE); Fourth stop: L'Enfant Metro (Seventh St. and Maryland Ave., SW). Pinky Two: First stop: Crystal City (18th and S. Bell sts., Arlington); Second stop: Pentagon City (12th and S.
