Truck Stops: Where to Find Lunch on Wheels

Every morning, we’ll let you know where the area’s food trucks are rolling.

BadabingDC: Ninth and North Stuart streets, Arlington (Ballston), with pork spiedies (grilled meat on a bun) and warm applesauce.

Big Cheese Truck: Farragut Square (17th and K sts., NW) with tomato soup and goat-cheese sandwiches.

Curbside Cupcakes
: Pinky One: First stop: Waterfront Metro (Fourth and M sts. SW); Second stop: Fourth and G streets, Northwest; Third stop: Federal Center (Third and D sts., SW); Fourth stop: Union Station (North Capitol St. and Massachusetts Ave., NW). Pinky two: First stop: Ninth and H streets, Northwest; Second stop: Federal Triangle (12th St. and Pennsylvania Ave., NW); Third stop: Mandarin Oriental Hotel (12th St. and Maryland Ave., SW); Fourth stop: First and N streets, Northeast.

DC Empanadas: Capitol South Metro (First and D sts., SE) with the traditional (ground sirloin, olives, eggs and raisins); veggie nirvana (potatoes, peas, tomato), and El Matador (chorizo and potatoes) empanadas.

DC Love Bites: 19th and L streets, Northwest.

DC Pie Truck: Farragut Square (17th and K sts., NW).

DC Slices: Franklin Park (13th and K sts., NW).

Eat Wonky: Farragut Square (17th and K sts., NW).

El Floridano: L'Enfant Plaza (roughly Seventh and D sts., SW).

Food Chain DC: Tenth and K streets, Northwest; M street between Connecticut and 17th Street, Northwest; L'Enfant  Promenade (between D St. and Independence Ave., SW).

Pedro and Vinny's: 15th and K streets, Northwest.

Red Hook Lobster Truck
: 19th and L streets, Northwest, with rolls, clam chowder, and hot apple cider.

Sâuçá: Pangea will be at Seventh and F streets, Northwest. Saucalito will be on  21st and H streets, Northwest.

Sidewalk Sweets: First stop: Third and E streets, Northwest; Second stop: Fifth and G streets, Northwest.

SweetBites Truck
: First stop: Franklin Park (13th and K sts., NW); Second stop: Metro Center (12th and G sts., NW).

Taco Carrito
: 900 North Stuart Street (between N. Ninth St. and Wilson Blvd.), Arlington, from 11:30 to 1:30.

TaKorean: One Massachusetts Avenue (at North Capitol St., NW).

Tasty Kabob: Cart one: 1525 Wilson Boulevard (next to Safeway and Lynne St.), Arlington, from 11 to 3. Cart two: 1735 North Lynne Street (between 19th St. and Wilson Blvd.), Arlington, from 11 to 3.

Yellow Vendor: 12th and F streets, Northwest, at 11:30.
