Truck Stops: Where to Find Lunch on Wheels

The rain won't stop the food trucks from making their rounds today. Enjoy the rare, refreshing weather and head over to the usual hot spots such as Farragut Square, L'Enfant, and Franklin Park. According to Food Truck Fiesta, a mysterious new falafel truck has been roaming the streets the last two weeks, so keep an eye out for it. 

Archives Metro (Seventh and Pennsylvania Ave., NW), where you'll find Sol Mexican Grill.

Chinatown/Gallery Place (Seventh and G sts., NW), where you'll find O'Crepes and Curbside Cupcakes (Pinky 3's first stop).

Farragut Park (17th and I sts., NW), where you'll find TaKorean, El Floridano, Red Hook Lobster (nearby at 19th and L sts), Benethiopia from Fojol Bros, CapMac, DC Phonomenon, and Curbside Cupcakes (Pinky 1's second and third stops at 19th and L sts. and 17th and L sts.)

Franklin Square (13th and K sts., NW),
where you'll find DC Empanadas, the Cheesecake Truck, Sang on Wheels, and Magellan from Sâuçá.

L'Enfant (Sixth St. and Maryland Ave., SW),
where you'll find BBQ Bus, Pangea from Sâuçá, Eat Stix, Merlindia from Fojol Bros, and Sweet Bites.

Metro Center (12th and G sts., NW),
where you'll find Marco Polo from Sâuçá, Pleasant Pops (first stop), Feelin Crabby, and Hula Girl.  

Navy Yard (around First and M sts., SE),
where you'll find Halal Gyro Plus.

Northern Virginia, where you'll find Curbside Cupcakes (Pinky 2 stops at Courthouse, Crystal City, and Pentagon City), Sweet Fleet (Rosslyn, Virginia Square, and Ballston), and District Taco and Choupi Crepes (Rosslyn).

State Department/West End area (21st St. and Virginia Ave., NW),
where you'll find the Big Cheese (21st and M sts., NW), Pleasant Pops (second stop), Sabor'a Street, and Curbside Cupcakes (Pinky 3's second stop).

Union Station (First and G sts., NE), where you'll find the Ficelle, Pi Truck, Eat Wonky, Kabob Bites, and the Pie Truck.
