It's Truckeroo Friday! Twenty to 25 food trucks are taking over Navy Yard today, and are encouraging you to take the afternoon off to feast on everything from buttery lobster rolls to cupcakes and empanadas. From 11 AM to 11 PM, there'll be food, live music, and games for everyone. Admission is free, but be sure to bring some cash, because some of the vendors aren't accepting credit cards for the event. If you can't make it to the party, don't worry—there are plenty of food trucks making their way to the usual hot spots around the city.

Farragut Square (17th and I sts., NW), where you'll find Fry Captain, Carnivore BBQ, Austin Grill Truck, Sol Mexican Grill, Feelin Crabby, Yellow Vendor, and Cheesecake Truck.

Franklin Park (13th and K sts., NW), where you'll find Pangea from Sâuçá, Pi Truck, Goode's Mobile Kitchen, Eat Stix, and Basil Thyme.

L'Enfant (around Sixth St. and Maryland Ave., SW), where you'll find Halal Gyro Plus, Phonomenon, and O'Crepes.

Metro Center (12th and G sts., NW), where you'll find Marco Polo from Sâuçá, and Curbside Cupcakes (Pinky 1's first stop).

Navy Yard (Half and M sts., SE), where you'll find DC Empanadas, The Ficelle, DC Slices, Red Hook Lobster, Sweet Bites, Porc Mobile, BBQ Bus, The Big Cheese, Cap Mac, Curbside Cupcakes, Pleasant Pops, TaKorean, Sâuçá, Sabor'a Street, Dangerously Delicious Pies, Eat Wonky, Fojol Bros, Tasty Kabob, and El Floridano.

Northern Virginia, where you'll find District Taco, Bada Bing, and Choupi Crepes (Rosslyn), Doug the Food Dude (Crystal City), Sweet Fleet (Crystal City, Virginia Square, Courthouse, and Ballston), Bratwurst King (Reston), and Curbside Cupcakes (Pinky 2 stops at Ballston, Rosslyn, and Virginia Square).

State Department/West End area (21st St. and Virginia Ave., NW), where you'll find Benethiopia from Fojol Bros.
