Happy Thursday! We're one day closer to Fourth of July weekend—celebrate early by visiting some food trucks around L'Enfant and the State Department/West End area. For some trucks, such as DC Empanadas, it's their last day before the holiday weekend. Or, show off your patriotism to Sweet Fleet by being the first person at each stop to correctly answer the following question: "What do the 13 red and white stripes on the American Flag represent?" You'll get a free cupcake!

Archives Metro (Seventh and Pennsylvania Ave., NW), where you'll find Marco Polo from Sâuçá.

Farragut Square (17th and I sts., NW), where you'll find Sol Mexican Grill, Fry Captain, Halal Gyro Plus, and Saucalito from Sâuçá.

Metro Center (12th and G sts., NW), where you'll find Sabor'a Street and Magellan from Sâuçá.

McPherson Square (15th and K sts., NW), where you'll find Curbside Cupcakes (Pinky 3's second stop).

Northern Virginia, where you'll find Sweet Fleet (Crystal City, Virginia Square, and Shirlington), Maple Ave Xpress, and Top Dog Truck (Tysons Corner), Choupi Crepes and Capital Empandas (Rosslyn), District Taco (Crystal City), and Bada Bing (Ballston).
