Truck Stops: Where to Find Lunch on Wheels

If you have to step out into the 97-degree weather today, check out Pleasant Pops at Farragut Square or at its second stop in Foggy Bottom. Dippin Dots will be at the Navy Yard with a few other trucks, and Curbside Cupcakes is launching its third truck in Northern Virginia today. Stay cool out there!

Farragut Square (17th and K sts., NW), where you'll find Benethiopia from Fojol Bros., TaKorean, CapMac, Sidewalk Sweetsations (first stop at 19th and L sts., NW), Curbside Cupcakes (Pinky 2's first stop at 19th and L sts., NW, and second stop at 17th and L sts., NW), and Pleasant Pops (first stop).

Federal Triangle (around 12th St. and Pennsylvania Ave., NW), where you'll find Sweet Bites (second stop).

Franklin Square (14th and K sts., NW), where you'll find Magellan from Sâuçá.

Foggy Bottom (around 20th St. and Virginia Ave., NW), where you'll find Pleasant Pops (second stop) and Fry Captain.

Gallery Place/Chinatown area (Seventh and F sts., NW), where you'll find DC Empanadas, Saucalito from Sâuçá, Curbside Cupcakes (Pinky 1's first stop), and Sabor'a Street (near Patriots Plaza 395 E. St, SW)

L'Enfant (around Sixth St. and Maryland Ave., SW), where you'll find Merlindia from Fojol Bros., Pangea's from Sâuçá, Porc Mobile, and The Ficelle.

Metro Center (around 12th and G sts., NW), where you'll find Eat Stix, Red Hook Lobster, Curbside Cupcakes (Pinky 1's second stop at 14th and G sts., NW), Halal Gyro Plus, and El Floridano.

Navy Yard (New Jersey Ave. and M St., SE), where you'll find Marco Polo from Sâuçá, Sol Mexican Grill, Eat Wonky, Big Cheese, Austin Grill Truck, and Dippin Dots.

Northern Virginia, where you'll find BBQ Bandidos, District Taco, and Doug the Food Dude (Rosslyn), and Curbside Cupcakes (Pinky 3 stops at Crystal City, Pentagon City, and Clarendon).

Penn Quarter
(Seventh and Penn sts., SE), where you'll find Tasty Kabob.

West End/State Department area
