Truck Stops: Where to Find Lunch on Wheels

Grab an umbrella—nearly all the food trucks are out today. There's a vendor that just made it onto our radar, Eat Stix, which sells all kinds of crazy kebabs (chicken and grapes, anyone?). See where to find that truck, plus all your other favorites, after the jump.

Capitol South area (First and C sts., SE), where you'll find Curbside Cupcakes (Pinky 2's fourth stop) and DC Empanadas.

Downtown DC, where you'll find DC Slices (20th and L sts., NW), a Red Hook Lobster Truck (23rd and M sts., NW), and a Sâuçá truck (20th St. and Virginia Ave., NW).

Farragut Square (17th and I sts., NW), where you'll find Pi Truck DC and Sabor'a Street.

Franklin Park (13th and K sts., NW), where you'll find a Sâuçá truck and PORC. Pedro and Vinny's is nearby at 15th and K streets, Northwest.

L'Enfant Plaza (around Sixth St. and Maryland Ave., SW), where you'll find Carnivore BBQ, Curbside Cupcakes (Pinky 2's second stop at the Metro), DC Pie Truck, and Tasty Kabob's truck.

Metro Center (around 12th and G sts., NW), where you'll find Cap Mac and Benethiopia from Fojol Bros. Takorean is nearby in Chinatown and Eighth and F streets, Northwest.

Navy Yard (around Third and M sts., SE), where you'll find Curbside Cupcakes (Pinky 1's fourth stop at the Metro), El Floridano, and a Red Hook Lobster Truck.

NoMA (around First and M sts., NE), where you'll find Curbside Cupcakes (Pinky 2's third stop), Eat Stix (131 M St., NE), and a Sâuçá truck (First and H sts., NE).

Northern Virginia, where you'll find Big Cheese Truck (Crystal City), Doug the Food Dude (Solutions and Greensboro drs., Tysons), Tasty Kabob carts (1525 Wilson Blvd. and 1735 Lynn St. in Arlington), and Top Dog Truck (Boone and Howard blvds., Tysons).
