Want to celebrate Valentine’s Day with a nice dinner? We’ve rounded up spots around town offering special menus, romantically themed cocktails, and more treats to show that special someone you care enough to feed them.

Agora (menu)

Menu: Bistro Vivant will be offering an à-la-carte menu with Valentine’s Day specials including fillet of St. Pierre with artichokes, cherry tomatoes, and black olives; saffron-butter poached lobster aux potato gratin with wet-aged hanger steak aux leeks etouffée et Béarnaise; and local quail stuffed with foie gras and forest mushrooms, cauliflower gratin, and blackberry-chocolate sauce as entrée options, according to press materials.

Blue Duck Tavern

Menu: The meal begins with seared foie gras served with warm carrot cake, candied walnuts, and carrot juice reduction, followed by poached lobster open ravioli with black trumpet mushrooms, leeks, celery leaves, and Coral Farm butter. A main-course option, per press materials, is wood-oven-fired dry-aged rib eye paired with crispy potatoes, and glazed cipollini onions, and for dessert you can indulge in a chocolate ganache hazelnut cake with cherries and cocoa sorbet.

The Bombay Club

Price: $85 per person for a five-course meal.

Menu: The Valentine’s Day menu is available exclusively during dinner service and offers entrées such as Anjeeri duck with onion, yogurt, fig, and cashews; goat ka rarra with onion, tomato, coriander, and fennel; meen gassi with rockfish, coriander, chili, onion, and coconut; and shatavri murg with chicken, asparagus, garlic, yogurt, and mace, per press materials.

Menu: Some of the Cuban cuisines you can enjoy from the menu are sliced yellowtail with heirloom tomato salad and Thai basil vinaigrette, honey-soy glazed Berkshire pork belly pinches with slaw and chicharrónes, spinach-and-Manchego-cheese puffs with goat cheese-ranch sauce and organic olive oil, and North Atlantic salmon with honey-mango glaze, yucca couscous, green squash, wilted greens, and a star anise tomato sauce, according to press materials.

Menu: Options include shrimp bisque perfumed with kaffir lime leaves; asparagus and Gruyère ravioli with saffron jus; pistachio-dusted veal sweetbreads, braised endive and truffle jus; and mille-feuille crepe and wild berries with Nutella and dulce de leche.

Entrée offerings include ceviche of Hawaiian Pacific blue marlin toro marinated with grapefruit, coriander seeds, and mint; sautéed Mexican squash with cauliflower, Swiss chard, and tequila with tomato and chile arbor salsa; house-made corn tortillas filled with turkey leg confit in a sauce of pecans, almonds, sesame seeds, chiles, and a touch of chocolate; and sautéed veal sweetbreads with a Mayan-style relish of lemon, orange, grapefruit, radish, jicama, and a habanero chile, per press materials.

Tel’Veh Café & Wine Bar

Menu: The pre-selected Valentine’s Day menu includes diver scallops served over polenta with micro cress and basil pesto; goat-cheese-stuffed dates wrapped with pastourma and served over baby spinach; Chilean sea bass with roasted mild mushrooms, baby asparagus, and cipollini onions; and filet mignon served with potato gratin and bordelaise sauce.

Menu: Chef Ryan Wheeler has created an Anti-Valentine’s Day menu centered on garlic, which includes roasted garlic soup, cassoulet of duck, garlic sausage, and beans, and a garlic-and-pumpkin custard with dulce de leche.

Menu: Some of the Mediterranean specials available for Valentine’s Day are pharoah’s foie gras with Egyptian spiced honey croquet, lobster tzatziki with Granny smith apples and Greek yogurt, and grilled lamb chop moussaka for two with potato purée, roasted eggplant, tomato braised lamb shoulder, and kefalograviera cheese.
