Learn about the future of food and healthy, sustainable ingredients at the Letelier Theater’s (3251 Prospect St., NW) screening of 2009 documentary Fresh. Interview subjects include Polyface Farm’s Joel Salatin, who is featured in The Omnivore’s Dilemma, and Will Allen, who received a 2008 McArthur Genius award for his work in the farm industry.
