The Web site for the four eye-catching Sâuçá trucks calls the business "a unique new global lifestyle brand that combines food, travel, music, design, technology, and fun." We're not sure we've gotten all of that out of the trucks, but when it comes to food, you can find such international options as Mumbai chicken, Mexicali fish tacos, and a Mediterranean veggie sandwich, all rolled into the signature sâuçá flatbread. The cupcake craze continues with Love Bites, a red truck that doles out 14 varieties of the petite sweet. The family-run business is the source of flavors that range from kiddie basics (yellow cake, vanilla frosting, rainbow sprinkles) to Thanksgiving-inspired treats (sweet-potato cupcake, cream-cheese icing, pecans).
