As part of a major marketing push to promote their latest product, Instant Deals, LivingSocial convinced 100-plus Washington area eateries to offer vouchers for $1 lunches on Friday, April 15. If you’re already a member of LivingSocial and you’ve got their app on your smart phone, all you have to do is log in and you’ll see participating vendors within a half-mile of your location. The $1 lunches will be available from 11 AM to 2 PM. So start digging through purses, pockets, and desk drawers—we bet you’ll find enough for your mid-day meal.
