Curbside Cupcakes: Pinky One: First stop: The Big Chair in Anacostia (V St. and MLK Ave., SE); Second stop: Navy Yard/DOT (M St. and New Jersey Ave., SE); Third stop: L'Enfant Metro (Seventh and D sts., SW); Fourth stop: Waterfront Metro (Fourth and M sts., SW).
