Rustic and Yellow Vineyard Wedding Inspiration at Maryland’s Rocklands Farm

You don’t have to travel to Tuscany to host a stunning vineyard wedding, especially since Virginia and Maryland are both rich with wineries. Aimee Griffin of A. Griffin Events took to Rocklands Farm in Maryland when planning this Tuscan-inspired styled photo shoot by Rebecca Wilcher Photography that allows the natural beauty of the land to speak for itself.

A simple lace dress from Georgetown’s BHLDN fit the rustic scenery perfect, as did the florals, which mixed elegant roses with wild plumosa ferns.

The menu was inspired by the venue. “Continuing to highlight local resources, Simply Fresh Events conceived the dinner in the vineyard featuring Rocklands’ pasture-raised beef, accompanied by their vegetables, and plated on vintage china,” says Griffin.

The cake, which was designed by Poolesville’s Zaglio’s Bakery Cafe, featured a watercolored design in bright yellow, to match the lemon color theme.
