Royal Wedding Lace Headpieces: Sneak Peek!

A Fairfax designer creates gorgeous bridal headpieces using lace from the same loom as Kate Middleton’s wedding dress

We’ve been fans of Fairfax headpiece and jewelry designer Liv Hart of Enchanted Atelier for a while now, but we’re so excited about her newest collaboration.

Hart has teamed up with the famed French lace house, Sophie Hallette, who designed the fabrication for Duchess Kate’s wedding gown, to create an exclusive accessories line. The lace she’s using is from the exact loom that created material for Kate’s wedding dress. This is a big deal for royal wedding fanatics (like us)—a way to have a piece of Kate Middleton’s wedding-day look without wearing a total knockoff of her gown and a tiara.

Items made using the lace will include cathedral-length veils, blushers, cage veils, flowers (like the one pictured above), sashes, fascinators, gloves, and headbands. The collection will start hitting stores next spring. For more information, visit Enchanted Atelier’s Web site.
