If you’ve already purchased your wedding gown, it’s time to start adding some personal touches to your wedding day look (we’re thinking jewelry, sashes, headpieces, and the like). And 2hands Studios in Annapolis, which opened in May, will hopefully make the search for fabulous wedding accessories a little easier.

The studio is run by three designers—and Etsy sellers—headpiece and brooch designer Jill Davolio, jewelry designer Carleen Birnes, and handbag and jewelry designer Ally Tierney. All of the designers will sell their wares out of 2hands Studios—and, perhaps most exciting of all, you can even work with the designers to create your own custom pieces.

“Our aesthetic is ‘vintage coastal,’ ” says Davolio. “We generally create things with a vintage-inspired feel, but because we’re catering to the Annapolitan wedding. We’re inspired by the seaside life.”

The designers also use eco-friendly materials whenever possible. For example, the hair flower shown above is made from reclaimed sailboat sails.

On Thursday, October 6, the ladies will be hosting their Vintage Harvest event featuring cuisine from Relysh Catering, five-minute makeovers from Amie Decker Beauty, and a DIY table where you can make your own favor, at their studio on Generals Highway in Annapolis. They’re also hosting the 2hands Market in Severna Park, which will feature wares from over 20 local indie designers. Visit 2hands Studios’ Web site and Etsy shop to check out more of their gorgeous accessories.
