A town in Japan named Obama? Who knew?

Senator Dianne Feinstein, who is overseeing Obama's swearing-in ceremony, is crafting legislation that would make it a federal crime to sell tickets to the historic program. The bill would clamp down on Internet sites like eBay, which has sellers offering tickets for thousands of dollars.

R&B singer Beyoncé Knowles told the Associated Press that she'd love to perform at Obama's inauguration—free of charge: "I'm there," she said. "I can't wait. I feel like all of us, we're ready to do whatever we have to do."
