Joseph Micallef jumped from Arnold & Porter to Sidley Austin, where he is a partner in the intellectual-property litigation practice.
Jenner & Block welcomed Ajit Pai, previously deputy general counsel at the Federal Communications Commission, as a partner in its communications group.
After spending the last ten years as a high-level staffer on the Senate Finance Committee, Pat Bousliman has joined Holland & Knight’s public-policy and regulation practice as a senior policy adviser.
The National Association of Chain Drug Stores has been building out its government-affairs group. Recently added: Jill McCormack from Malady & Wooten; Julie Philp, previously director of government relations for the Association of Community Pharmacists; and Joel Kurzman from Abbott Laboratories.
The American Council on International Personnel welcomed Admir Serifovic as counsel for agency liaison. He was most recently an immigration attorney at the Catholic Legal Immigration Network.
