Intellectual-property law firm Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner announced three new partners in the Washington area. Adriana Burgy and Rajeev Gupta both made partner in the firm’s DC office. And Joseph Palys is a new partner in the Reston, office.
