Power Circuit’s weekly roundup of hires and promotions on K Street and beyond

Lawyers continue to run for the exits at Howrey, which is expected to announce its dissolution this week. One recent defector is antitrust partner Roxann Henry, who jumped to Dewey & LeBoeuf’s Washington office. There, she joins several former colleagues, including Joseph Lavelle, who left Howrey’s DC office in October.

Daniel Meade
has rejoined Hogan Lovells as a partner in the corporate practice. He practiced at the firm before his most recent position as senior counsel to the U.S. House Committee on Financial Services.

Bracewell & Giuliani welcomed David Sieradzki as a partner in its broker-dealer and market-regulation group. He was previously a senior associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy.

Eric Conn jumped to Epstein Becker & Green as a partner in the national labor-and-employment practice. He was most recently a partner at McDermott Will & Emery.
